Job Summary

Build end-to-end features for claims, appointments, and payments posting in the Air Billing team. You’ll ship production-ready, well-tested code for fast, data-dense, keyboard-driven workflows used by billers every day, while improving reliability with observability (dashboards, logging, alerting). Partner with product, design, and billing operations during a generational rebuild, and help set technical standards as the team scales.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end features on the claims, appointments, and payments-posting surfaces from design through production rollout
•Write production-ready code with meaningful tests and observability, and design interfaces and data models that scale
•Partner with product, design, and billing operations to solve billers’ workflow problems
•Build reliability and observability into features (dashboards, logging, alerting) to catch and root-cause issues quickly
•Review code and designs for correctness, performance on data-dense screens, and a consistent user experience

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years building full-stack applications and shipping features end-to-end in production
•Strong frontend skills to build and maintain clean UIs and diagnose issues in data-dense screens
•Backend/API and data-layer fundamentals, including filtering and pagination over sizable datasets
•Sound technical judgment for feature-level tradeoffs, risk escalation, and avoiding over-engineering
•Strong debugging and observability instincts, plus clear communication and ownership mindset
