  • •Conduct hands-on training for new hires, cross-training for associates, and retraining when performance gaps or processes change.
  • •Assist department leadership with advanced training needs, operational ramp-ups, and stabilization efforts during changes or underperformance.
  • •Execute, explain, and troubleshoot departmental standard work; identify deviations, gaps, and risks impacting safety, quality, or productivity.

  • •Experience supporting or mentoring peers in a distribution or warehouse environment.
  • •Familiarity with DC systems, processes, and safety requirements.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Standard Work Instructions and the ability to interpret them accurately.
