•Enrich overseas Points of Interest (POI) travel information, including tourist highlights, guide maps, and sub-attractions, ensuring data richness.
•Define data standards, establish a quality assessment system, and create regular monitoring mechanisms for data metrics.
•Develop data production strategies, collaborate with annotation and algorithm teams to add more sources, optimize algorithms to improve coverage/quality, and reduce labor costs.
•Partner with user product managers to enrich C-end content such as tags and travel guides, and increase user visits on merchant detail pages.
•Focus on downstream data usage scenarios by collecting, analyzing, and responding to business requirements and ownership of downstream usage metrics.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above with 3+ years of experience in product operations, strategy, operations management, or related roles at internet companies.
•Demonstrated experience leading product operations projects, optimizing business processes, and driving core business indicators through data analysis and execution.
•Strong ownership, learning agility, and execution ability to independently deliver projects in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills to align product, algorithm, and business stakeholders.
•Strong data sensitivity and structured thinking to identify problems, track effects, and support operational decisions.
