You’ll deliver remote training, perform maintenance checks, and troubleshoot AV systems for break/fix resolution, including conference room devices and displays. Work with client help desk tickets, coordinate on AV infrastructure needs for new rooms, escalate advanced issues, and ensure daily room systems function using collaboration tools and AV control platforms.
