Job Summary

Lead and manage engineering operations across multiple regional facilities, ensuring product design, testing, and technical support are executed effectively. Provide technical leadership while aligning goals with commercial and operations teams. Drive process optimization and cost-reduction initiatives, standardize engineering practices and quality, and partner with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, and Quality to improve equipment reliability. Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent across the region while ensuring regulatory and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage regional engineering teams to ensure performance, development, and alignment to company objectives.
•Drive process optimization, cost-reduction initiatives, and technical problem-solving across sites.
•Ensure consistency in engineering practices, documentation, and quality standards across the region.
•Partner with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, and Quality to drive equipment reliability and manufacturing excellence.
•Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, corporate policies, and regulatory/safety requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Structural, Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
•Civil PE certification is required.
•Proficiency with engineering software, including AutoCAD and SolidWorks, plus CMMS.
•Strong knowledge of engineering systems, manufacturing processes, and safety regulations.
•Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills; ability to collaborate openly as a team player.
