Key Responsibilities

  • •Model and coach consumer-centric behaviors to deliver an ultimate experience for customers.
  • •Assist store leadership with training and coaching staff to meet LS&Co selling practices and sales goals.
  • •Support maximizing sales opportunities and help lead a positive, engaging shopping experience.
  • •Support operational excellence: getting products to the floor, store operations, and visual merchandising.
  • •Ensure compliance with store policies and assist with directives from store management.

Key Requirements
