Key Responsibilities

•Own complex delivery on the Dynamics 365 Customer Service stack, leading design and hands-on implementation of extensible features, integrations, and automations.
•Deliver end-to-end Customer Service capabilities including case/queue/routing, omnichannel (voice/chat/digital), workspace, knowledge, SLAs/entitlements, and agent tools (timeline/activities, email/templates, macros/scripts).
•Design and implement Dataverse and Power Platform customizations: model-driven Power Apps, schema (tables/relationships), forms/views/business rules, JavaScript/TypeScript scripting, PCF, and plugins/custom workflow actions.
•Integrate with enterprise systems using Azure services and APIs, ensuring secure, scalable contracts and robust error handling.
•Set up and govern solution layering plus ALM/CI-CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub), implement automated tests/quality gates, and drive telemetry and supportability while mentoring engineers and collaborating across teams.

Key Requirements

•10+ years building on Dynamics 365/Dataverse with deep Customer Service & Omnichannel delivery, plus strong .NET/C# experience.
•Expert in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and PCF (React/TS), including JavaScript/TypeScript.
•Experience implementing plugins/workflows and Dataverse customizations such as forms/views, business rules, and scripting.
•Proven integrations with Azure services (Functions, Service Bus/Events, Logic Apps), CIF/CTI, and enterprise identity.
•Hands-on ALM/CI-CD for D365 solutions, including solution pack/unpack, environment strategy, automated deployments, and test automation.
