Key Responsibilities

  • •Support coordination of inground services on a live data centre project, resolving issues and managing interfaces to keep delivery on track.
  • •Coordinate site inspections for inground services and follow through on actions, findings, and agreed outcomes.
  • •Manage and respond to RFIs using input from electrical, communications, and hydraulics discipline leads as needed.
  • •Coordinate contractor queries and help resolve site, design, and services interface issues in a timely, practical way.
  • •Facilitate utility and services coordination across the project, maintaining clear communication and records and representing WSP with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience coordinating inground services, utilities, building services, or infrastructure interfaces on construction or infrastructure projects.
  • •A strong understanding of site coordination, contractor queries, and RFI processes in a live project environment.
  • •Ability to work effectively with project managers, discipline leads, contractors, and external stakeholders.
  • •Practical knowledge of electrical, communications, hydraulics, or broader utility services.
  • •Clear communication and strong follow-through, with confidence documenting decisions, actions, and outcomes.
