Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and implementation of HR digital strategies and roadmaps, aligning with global Airbus HR digital initiatives and local business needs.
•Act as the primary architect for HR systems, including HRIS, talent management platforms, and other HR technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity.
•Evaluate new HR technologies and vendors, conducting feasibility studies and recommending solutions that best meet Airbus (China)'s requirements and budget.
•Collaborate with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure successful project delivery.
•Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of HR digital platforms, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
