Job Summary

Oversee the full lifecycle of U.S. government, DoD, international, and commercial contracts, ensuring compliance, minimizing risk, and optimizing contract performance. Support CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ, Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs), and commercial agreements through proposal support, negotiation, contract reviews, modifications, and close-out. Partner closely with legal, proposal, accounting, business operations, program, and engineering teams while providing contract briefs and FAR/DFARS guidance.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute contract management across the full life of each contract, including contract review and acceptance.
•Oversee contract proposal planning and support proposal preparation.
•Ensure compliance with government regulations, legal requirements, and company policies; maintain contract documentation and compliance records.
•Provide contract summaries and briefs to program managers and executives during the life of contracts.
•Negotiate complex contractual terms with federal agencies, prime contractors, and subcontractors, including risk mitigation and FAR/DFARS guidance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, government, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in full life cycle contract management for CPFF, FFP, and T&M government and commercial contracts.
•Strong working knowledge of U.S. government contracting, including FAR/DFARS experience.
•Excellent verbal and written communication, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•U.S. Person status required and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
