Job Summary

Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and related modules. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
•Customize and configure ServiceNow applications while maintaining platform integrity and best practices.
•Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other integration tools, ensuring security/compliance and performance through reviews and tuning.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
•8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
•Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
•Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
•Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
