Deployed Customer Engineer

The Deployed Customer Engineer (DCE) serves as the technical bridge between Couchbase’s engineering and a customer’s business goals. You will write production-grade code, build high-performance database architectures, and ensure the platform powers mission-critical AI workloads. You’ll deliver strategic solutions, work with customer engineering teams in sprints, troubleshoot distributed systems, and translate customer needs into scalable, actionable technical milestones.
