Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and implement cost and change control processes, including change order review, negotiation, delay analysis, and contingency draws.
  • •Track and manage budgets and cost reporting, including invoice/payment applications, owner cost tracking updates, and earned value reporting.
  • •Produce weekly progress reports and monthly management reports; review GC cost tracking and reconcile GC actuals with GMP/Schedule of Values.
  • •Support contract administration and template development (RFP/SOW/change order templates), and follow proposals through timely execution of contracts and purchase orders.
  • •Maintain schedule progress monitoring (actual vs. forecast), risk log participation, document control, and lead closeout documentation/PO closure activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience in project controls for construction projects/programs.
  • •Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing, and presentations.
  • •Expertise using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (and related cost, planning, and progress measurement applications).
  • •Excellent communication plus strong coordination, self-organization, and planning skills.
