Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the BU portfolio process, including prioritization, funding recommendations, and resource allocation.
  • •Partner with Engineering and Product Management to evaluate new product investments using ROI, NPV, cash flow, and scenario analysis.
  • •Own BU P&L performance and drive monthly forecasting, quarterly outlooks, annual planning, and long-range strategy.
  • •Ensure controller/governance responsibilities: compliance with corporate accounting policies, controls, and SOX practices; partner on close activities and financial reporting.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to GM and leadership, translating financial data into executive recommendations and scenario models.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 154,000 - 212,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • •10+ years of progressive finance experience in FP&A, business finance, portfolio finance, controllership, or strategic finance.
  • •Experience supporting technology, engineering, semiconductor, capital equipment, or product-oriented organizations.
  • •Strong financial modeling skills including NPV, ROI, DCF, scenario analysis, and capital allocation frameworks.
