Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and contribute to customer enablement and root cause resolution for server SOC programs
  • •Work on RAS, PCIe, Memory, MCA, CXL and Micro-Controller related failures with customers to drive resolutions
  • •Collaborate with AMD global teams to identify best solutions and provide validation/debug recommendations
  • •Utilize debug tools (debug scripts, protocol analyzers, SCAN and JTAG) to narrow down customer failures
  • •Engage in other software/hardware/design teams and lead cross-team task forces to deliver complete solutions

Key Requirements

  • •BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • •10+ years of total experience in RAS validation/debug, PCIe/CXL functional and protocol debugging, or memory validation/debug
  • •Experience with Python scripting and at least one of Python/C++/Perl/Ruby
  • •Experience with high-speed test/measurement equipment (protocol analyzers, scope)
  • •Strong debugging techniques, collaboration across software/hardware/design teams, and leadership in cross-functional task forces
