Production Manager - Heath (2nd shift)

Supervise daily operations in a Carvana Inspection Center, overseeing the vehicle reconditioning process in a lean manufacturing environment. Lead and develop a team of up to 70 associates across multiple leads, driving continuous improvement and high engagement while meeting quality, production, and cost objectives. Ensure adherence to operating standards, safety, and loss prevention guidelines, manage staffing and training/certification progressions, and use performance metrics to guide the reconditioning team.
