Key Responsibilities

•Lead medium to large, complex projects (often multiple in parallel) with accountability for schedule, scope, budget, and quality.
•Create and maintain project plans (WBS and Gantt) to ensure quality deliverables and alignment with project goals.
•Serve as central point of contact for clients and internal teams (multiple PMOs) and manage stake holder communications and status updates.
•Coach and mentor project team members on project management methodologies and share lessons learned.
•Support governance processes, manage risk/issues, and control scope changes to avoid scope creep.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•BA/BS or equivalent experience required; Project Management Certification required
•8+ years’ experience leading the implementation of medium to large scale global projects, with 3-5+ years in leading change in a virtual, global environment
•Ability to apply Waterfall project management methodology (Agile preferred) depending on project
•Experience in call center and/or business process outsourcing industries with client-facing, senior/executive level communications
•Proven ability to coach and mentor other Project Managers and develop detailed project plans (WBS, Gantt) and deliverables
