Job Summary

Lead the Engineering Workforce Enablement organization to ensure engineering has the right talent, capabilities, processes, and capacity. Drive workforce planning strategies, align skills and staffing pipelines to program demand, and integrate an enterprise-connected university strategy to strengthen early-career and long-term engineering capability. Define engineering metrics, analytics, dashboards, and reporting to improve decision-making and execution predictability, while providing executive leadership across bid, pursuit, and program readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Engineering Workforce Enablement organization to meet current and future engineering business needs.
•Develop and execute workforce planning strategies, aligning skills, development, and staffing pipelines with program demand.
•Integrate an enterprise-connected university strategy to strengthen partnerships and early-career engineering pipelines.
•Set the vision for engineering metrics, analytics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to enable actionable insights.
•Provide executive leadership across bid, pursuit, and program execution readiness and coach leaders on people engagement strategies to improve culture, retention, and organizational health.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in STEM and at least 14 years of relevant experience.
•Leadership experience within engineering, digital technology, operations, or program management organizations.
•Experience leading teams and driving complex cross-functional initiatives.
•Experience using metrics to inform decisions and strong analytical capabilities.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
