Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform Part 145 maintenance activities to meet delivery targets and report impacts on Continuing Airworthiness.
  • •Document all Part 145 activities and maintain airworthiness records on relevant systems (IT/paper based).
  • •Compile required reporting, identify issues, and escalate as appropriate.
  • •Comply with Part 145 Exposition procedures and standards and propose changes when required.
  • •Apply Human Factors and Error Management philosophies and support audit/assurance activities and improvement implementations.

Key Requirements

  • •Undertake and complete maintenance and diagnostic activities on aircraft systems/components using approved technical information and maintenance instructions.
  • •Demonstrate a good understanding of the approved Technical Information set and competence to work unaided to approved data and instructions.
  • •Analyse and diagnose faults, follow diagnostic procedures, and complete fault rectifications, repairs, modifications, replacements, and functional/system tests.
  • •Maintain personal task authorisations for working on aircraft or components and ensure maintenance is completed to schedule, escalating as required.
  • •Comply with Part 145 Exposition procedures and standards, apply Human Factors and Error Management, and understand the Continuing Airworthiness regulatory framework.
