Project Controls Engineer - Planning (Life Sciences/Pharma/Data Centres)

Establish project controls processes, templates, and tools to set and monitor cost and schedule baselines for life sciences and data centre projects. Lead evaluations of time, cost, and quality targets with governance controls, coordinate planning sessions to build the master schedule and critical path, and incorporate risks, opportunities, and change through controlled workflows and quantitative (Monte Carlo) analysis. Serve as key client contact and report performance via executive dashboards.
