Job Summary

The Wizz Air Pilot Academy Programme (WAPA) trains a new generation of pilots from scratch to Commercial Pilot’s License, with support from an experienced flight school and aligned to Wizz Air’s training standards. Based in eligible countries, entrants gain hands-on flight crew exposure and a pathway to a pilot career within Wizz Air after completing the programme.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in all stages of the WAPA training programme from initial instruction to license acquisition
•Meet programme milestones and pass required examinations to progress through training
•Demonstrate commitment to safety, procedures and regulatory standards in all training activities
•Collaborate with flight school instructors and Wizz Air mentors to develop piloting competencies
•Prepare for and pursue a future role as a Flight Crew member within Wizz Air upon programme completion

Key Requirements

•Minimum high school degree completed
•Minimum age of 18 years
•Fluent English (both written and spoken)
•Unrestricted right to live and work in Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Georgia, Hungary, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania or Serbia
•Ability to swim 50 meters without any help
