Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and promote Tyson’s safety culture.
  • •Provide guidance and ensure compliance with management directives to team members daily.
  • •Rehang birds into moving shackles at 28 birds per minute.
  • •Visually inspect the line for empty shackles and perform other assigned duties.
  • •Work around moving belts and perform tasks including receptive grasping, lifting, raising hands above shoulder level, and periodic turning/pulling/twisting.
