Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist patients and families in transforming maladaptive eating patterns through ongoing support.
  • •Develop and implement individualized nutrition treatment plans via regular telehealth meetings, including nutrition assessments, meal plan prescription, and target weight ranges.
  • •Guide exposure to fear/challenge foods and communicate meal plan and nutrition concerns to all team members with clear education.
  • •Update treatment plans weekly based on patient progress, goals, nutrition assignments/directives, and concerns; reassess nutritional needs ongoing basis.
  • •Maintain thorough documentation in the electronic medical record and assist with discharge planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have an active license in Kansas.
  • •Minimum of a bachelor's degree (or college coursework) accredited or approved by ACEND.

  • •Manage a caseload of up to 80 patients, with care up to 52 weeks each.
  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills, including experience on interdisciplinary teams.
