Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team growing a dedicated portfolio of Sports creators in North America, driving product adoption and vertical case studies.
•Set strategy and tactics to adapt global Sports business priorities to the North America market.
•Enforce a TikTok sports narrative internally and externally while negotiating and managing high-value creator and athlete partnerships.
•Build and maintain cross-functional (XFN) networks across Sales, Marketing, Public Policy, and Comms to drive broader business impact.
•Create feedback loops between creators and product using a test-and-learn approach, and work with creator support/programs teams to support feature education and address sensitive creator issues.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of leadership experience managing large teams with proven impact in the creator and content ecosystem.
•Strong people leadership with a coaching mindset and ability to develop high-performing teams and maintain morale.
•Exceptional creator/partner management skills, including negotiating and managing high-value partnerships with creators and top athletes.
•Ability to develop scalable frameworks and approaches for partner acquisition and retention.
•Cross-functional collaboration as a consensus builder with strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills; BS required.
