Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Account Executives on an assigned book of business and manage day-to-day service processes and outputs.
  • •Run point on each client’s renewal cycle and ensure a positive client experience.
  • •Serve independently in a client-facing role for moderate complexity matters; handle open items and ad-hoc client requests.
  • •Draft quote comparisons at the Broker’s direction and follow up on binders, policies, and endorsements.
  • •Support billing and premium accounting by coordinating client billing matters, monitoring invoices/receivables/collections, and addressing/resolving problems.
