Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead assigned programs within the Product Cost Optimization team.
  • •Drive and consolidate total product cost optimization strategies across the enterprise for legacy and NPI programs.
  • •Analyze the entire product lifecycle holistically to identify cost-saving opportunities from design to supply chain.
  • •Collaborate with key stakeholders to maximize profitability and operational efficiency in response to rising costs.
  • •Promote the adoption of Design to Cost (D2C) and Design for Manufacturing (D4M).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
  • •7-10 years of experience
  • •Experience in procurement, business analysis or cost analysis is an asset
  • •Experience in project management is required
  • •This role is in a French-speaking environment and requires a good working knowledge of English to understand technical documentation and communicate with international colleagues
