Manage country-level logistics performance by monitoring KPIs and performance SLAs and translating operational data into analytical reports and dashboards. Analyze complex datasets to derive insights, identify performance problems, and recommend improvements across logistics and other functions. Use statistical models and research to detect trends and forecast future outcomes. Partner with local and regional stakeholders to build analytics solutions and support Performance Management project implementations.
