Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain seasonal demand forecasts for Europe and support the European Supply Planning Team through Line Freeze and Demand FC needs.
  • •Continuously review and adjust demand forecasts in close alignment with Merchandising and Sales counterparts.
  • •Convert seasonal demand forecasts into monthly forecasts for supply planning and local purchasing, maintaining 12–18 month rolling SKU and category forecasts.
  • •Ensure complete and correct planning master data, including mapping of predecessor-successor styles.
  • •Monitor forecast performance metrics (Forecast Accuracy, MAPE, Forecast Bias) and implement corrective actions when variances occur, including refining statistical models from historical errors and commercial shifts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, finance, or a related quantitative field.
  • •3–5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, or merchandise planning.
  • •Experience preferably within sporting goods, apparel, footwear, or FMCG.
  • •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power-BI.
  • •Experience with SAP S/4HANA and planning solutions such as Anaplan or O9 solutions is a plus.
