Regional Account Manager - California

Drive sales growth and achieve revenue and profit objectives across the California territory by managing regional/national distributors and calling on converters. Lead channel excellence, secure and maintain distribution agreements, and uncover customer needs to develop value propositions. Provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, and pricing/service information while analyzing market conditions and developing strategies to meet revenue goals. Build relationships with key industry partners and OEM alliances, executing customer marketing and growth programs.
