Senior Internal Communications Specialist

Develop and execute strategic internal communications that boost employee engagement and support business objectives. Own planning and content for company-wide events, create executive-level messaging, and produce employee-facing storytelling across channels including the intranet, Slack, and email. Lead stakeholder analysis, manage complex multi-audience communication initiatives, oversee intranet governance with the EKM platform, and mentor junior team members while representing the function in senior meetings.
