Deliver exceptional in-store customer service as part of the retail team, using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model. Educate consumers on products, promotions, and events while supporting store goals and initiatives. Assist across store departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management. Execute daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty promotions, and asset protection.
