Key Responsibilities

  • •Map, baseline, and digitize command workflows and Joint Staff standards; identify bottlenecks and develop versioned workflow diagrams.
  • •Develop and maintain minimum viable ontologies (OWL, RDF, SKOS) and ensure metadata/model documentation supports integration into MSS and WDP.
  • •Configure Microsoft 365/DEOS capabilities and prepare ontologies/models for secure access by AI agents and LLMs for decision support.
  • •Train knowledge managers and functional users on metadata practices and modern collaboration/data platforms (Microsoft 365, Databricks, Palantir) to drive adoption.
  • •Review agile technical work packages for accuracy/completeness and validate dataflow functionality using digital capture tools; deliver MVP increments aligned with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory).
  • •10+ years of experience in knowledge management, process engineering, or closely related fields.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional teams in DoW or IC environments.
  • •Hands-on Microsoft 365 configuration (SharePoint administration, Power Automate workflows, Teams governance).
  • •U.S. military headquarters/Joint Staff experience and demonstrated ability to lead change with senior stakeholders (O-6/SES).
