Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive vehicles through Auction lanes on sale day in a safe manner.
  • •Drive vehicles to/from Auction lots and customer dealerships and businesses while following driving rules and demonstrating courtesy and defensive driving.
  • •Line up and park vehicles in the correct order as directed, move vehicles as necessary, and locate lost vehicles.
  • •Assist with getting vehicles operating as needed (e.g., inflate tires and jump-start using a battery box/air tank) and notify the appropriate driver/service when issues arise.
  • •Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following safety/health procedures and participate in safety activities; perform other duties as assigned, including potential overtime.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license is required and safe driving is necessary.
  • •Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
  • •Physically able to enter/exit vehicles frequently; sit for prolonged periods; walk long distances; stand, walk, reach, talk, hear; and perform frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing.
  • •Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • •Vision abilities required, including close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
