Key Responsibilities

•Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper execution of brand and operational standards and provide actionable feedback to store teams
•Perform structured store evaluations/audits and track action plans to ensure compliance with brand and store guidelines
•Monitor sell-out performance and track key KPIs (conversion, ATV, UPT) and support corrective actions
•Ensure adherence to store processes and retail excellence standards, validating compliance with the Store Operations Manual
•Coordinate training topics with FRS Trainers and support rollout of training initiatives in stores

Key Requirements

•Store operations experience in a retail environment, with ability to conduct regular store visits and provide actionable feedback to store teams
•Experience performing store evaluations or audits using standardized tools and following through on action plans
•Strong ability to monitor and analyze KPIs (conversion, ATV, UPT) and support KPI-driven improvements
•Experience coordinating training programs and collaborating with trainers to roll out topics and calendars
•Ability to partner with Brand and Franchise teams to ensure consistent in-store marketing, visual merchandising, and campaign execution
