Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience while meeting individual and store sales goals. Build client relationships through styling and product expertise, drive revenue with cross-selling and clienteling, and use mobile POS and social selling tools to encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset protection—while collaborating with the team to hit KPIs and uphold service standards.
