Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a team of 6 DevOps engineers, with hands-on technical ownership.
  • •Define and execute DevOps/TechOps strategy, roadmap, standards, and best practices.
  • •Design, implement, and maintain shared cross-team DevOps platforms and infrastructure.
  • •Own and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, deployment processes, and developer tooling.
  • •Drive reliability and operational excellence across monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response, partnering with R&D teams to improve delivery and productivity.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of managerial experience.
  • •At least 6 years of hands-on DevOps experience in production environments.
  • •Proven end-to-end delivery of DevOps/infrastructure projects from scratch.
  • •Strong hands-on AWS experience, including EKS, IAM, CloudFront, RDS, MSK, and networking.
  • •Strong experience with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), plus scripting/automation in Python and/or Bash.
