Visual Merchandiser - Babies & More

Develop, deliver, and communicate in-store visual concepts to promote the brand and products. Train and coach the store team to execute merchant-based visual merchandising (VP) tasks on a daily, weekly, and seasonal basis. Ensure brand standards are consistently achieved through window and in-store displays, floor plans, merchandise/signage/fixture coordination, and ongoing feedback on merchandise performance. Support pre-opening store readiness and monitor market trends.
