Trust and Safety Specialist

Investigate and resolve Trust and Safety issues to protect Thumbtack’s customers and professionals. You’ll review pro and customer profiles and activities, ensure adherence to Terms of Service, and proactively detect and flag fraud, scams, spam, and suspicious behavior. The role includes researching complex fraud cases, escalating issues, reporting trends, and contributing to policy improvements and special ad-hoc projects across rotating shifts.
