Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the subject matter expert for the Netherlands and Belgium across EOR and Global Payroll.
  • •Own planning, execution, and monitoring of payroll implementation projects to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
  • •Own the full implementation process from inception through parallel runs and the first month of live payroll before handing over to Payroll Operations.
  • •Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout implementation, including customers, internal teams, and payroll software providers.
  • •Input and validate data in payroll software (AFAS for the Netherlands, EasyPay for Belgium) and develop standardized processes, project plans, and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of hands-on payroll experience in the Netherlands with strong legislative knowledge (loonheffing, premies WW/ZW/WIA, Zorgverzekeringswet, 30% ruling).
  • •Several years of hands-on payroll experience in Belgium (ONSS/RSZ, Dimona, DmfA quarterly cycles, sector CLA structures).
  • •Proven payroll implementation experience owning or significantly contributing to end-to-end client projects from kickoff through go-live.
  • •Direct working experience with AFAS (Dutch payroll); EasyPay experience for Belgian payroll is a strong advantage.
  • •Fluent written and spoken English; Dutch or French is a strong advantage, with strong communication for explaining payroll processes and compliance requirements.
