Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Product Security Engineering (PSE) team responsible for product security and resiliency across the software lifecycle.
  • •Lead strategy, planning, and execution for software security across assigned programs and represent PSE priorities in key programs.
  • •Develop and oversee software security engagement plans aligned to business and campaign priorities to ensure technical and customer requirements are achieved.
  • •Manage program risks, issues, and opportunities (RIOs) and ensure technical excellence through oversight and approval of approaches, products, and processes.
  • •Drive people growth and operational capability through career development, skill forecasting, staffing, talent management, mentorship, and culture of accountability.

Key Requirements

  • •At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large-scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or completion of Boeing’s internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications related to the work statement.
  • •An Active Security Clearance (held within the previous two years).
  • •5+ years of experience in an engineering discipline.
