•Strong ability to set research collaboration direction and lead delivery amid ambiguity.
•Knowledge of the human and clinical research study lifecycle, including protocol/IRB/ethics, data collection, and closure with compliant execution.
•Experience directing complex, cross-functional work across internal teams and external partners (CROs, sites, PIs), ideally across regions/time zones.
