Key Responsibilities

•Drive and manage North America healthcare industry growth, including self-production and Industry Growth Team leadership.
•Develop and implement industry-specific sales strategies with market sales leaders and cross-practice collaboration.
•Represent the practice in strategic initiatives and innovative solutions, and host industry events for clients and prospects.
•Provide national-level thought leadership, identify development opportunities for direct reports, and contribute to industry collateral.
•Expand client relationships through RFP participation, deal coaching, and engagement with market and regional teams to address industry needs.
