Job Summary

Optimize and execute integrated purchasing, global supply planning, and PO management to meet availability targets OTIF and OTA while respecting market SLAs. Own communication with Liaison Offices to understand capacity and supply constraints, mitigate risks, and support delivery performance. Drive process documentation, testing, and enhancements, manage daily ticketing and order management activities, and ensure data quality and end-of-period processing.

Key Responsibilities

•Optimize purchasing, global supply planning, and PO management to achieve OTIF/OTA and meet market SLAs.
•Support availability and risk-mitigating actions via PO management.
•Coordinate with Liaison Offices to ensure optimized capacity usage, understand supply constraints, and keep risk mitigation plans in place.
•Own documentation, testing, and enhancement of a business process and contribute to system and process improvements.
•Handle daily ticketing and order management actions; ensure data quality, escalations support, and completion of day-to-day and period-end processing.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in supply chain management or business administration, logistics, planning, or information systems; master’s is a plus.
•2–5 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, or planning, preferably in Accessories, Apparel, or Footwear industries.
•Good knowledge of MS Office (advanced MS Excel) and SAP.
•Service-minded approach with analytical problem-solving ability.
•Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.
