Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts and coordinate with Contract Managers to plan labor resources to meet contract entitlements.
•Drive operational excellence by ensuring HSE compliance, documenting requirements, and aligning with quality standards per AMS GDM.
•Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes.
•Plan and optimize workforce allocation, ensure time entry and billability targets, and manage relationships with external labor pools and outsourcing partners.
•Oversee training and development for Field Service Specialists, monitor certifications, and ensure completion of training plans across the territory.

Key Requirements

•Min. 15 years of experience in Field Service & Support/Project Engineering or related roles.
•Experience in Process Automation Industry.
•Experience to work in highly matrix, fast-paced and changing environment.
•Proven ability to collaborate with teams across the businesses / functions to deliver results.
•Command on Korean and English languages and effective communication skills.
