Job Summary

Support the Premier Relationship Manager’s day-to-day portfolio operations for affluent clients. Serve as the service arm for Virtual Premier Direct by handling customer requests promptly, coordinating approvals for transactions outside authority, and conducting customer due diligence. Collect and process documents, handle cheques activity and TT processing, and ensure Central Bank and audit instructions are followed while treating Premier customers fairly.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Premier Relationship Manager with the day-to-day operation of the Premier portfolio and administrative functions.
•Act as the service arm for Virtual Premier Direct by attending to customer requests and referring to PRM when needed.
•Coordinate approvals for proposals/transactions outside the job holder’s limit authority and handle related queries.
•Ensure procedures, instructions, and policies (including Central Bank and Audit requirements) are followed and highlighted to management.
•Perform customer due diligence, collect documents, process cheques/TTs, and follow up to completion while treating Premier customers fairly.

Key Requirements

•Assist the Premier Relationship Manager with day-to-day portfolio administration and operations.
•Attend to Premier customer requests promptly and efficiently, including walk-in clients.
•Seek support from Premier Support Managers to obtain approvals for proposals/transactions outside your authority limit.
•Conduct customer due diligence, collect customer documents, and update customers on requirements through completion.
•Provide excellent English communication and basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel), with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
