Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, test, and evaluate systems for managing industrial production of semiconductor products.
  • •Analyze freight spending to identify cost-savings opportunities and trends across the production line.
  • •Prepare and present reports to management to develop production and supply quality control measures and procedures.
  • •Recommend shipment routes/agents/forwarders based on freight-spend analysis and secure buy-in from involved sites.
  • •Plan product flow from raw material stage through production to shipment; coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth workflow and production progression.

Salary: USD 53,480 - 93,725 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • •Experience with semiconductor manufacturing and fab capacity planning.
  • •Ability to manage and optimize fab performance, and design and optimize production and inventory systems.
  • •Experience with inventory optimization and applying supply chain principles to real planning problems.
  • •Utilize statistics and data analysis to resolve manufacturing issues related to scheduling, inventory management, and planning.
