Job Summary

Senior UX Designer to lead the design of Hudl’s products for high school coaches and athletes, shaping research-driven experiences across video analysis, team management, and recruiting tools. You’ll own end-to-end design from research through delivery, collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, Scrum and Quality, and advocate for accessible, tactile, high-quality experiences while leveraging Hudl’s design system and tools.

Location: Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Kansas City, Omaha, Phoenix

Key Responsibilities

•Focus on the customer: conduct and translate user research to uncover latent needs and drive product strategy and design.
•Be a visual and verbal storyteller: craft compelling concepts aligned with customer and business needs.
•Add clarity to ambiguous problem spaces by identifying key user/environment characteristics to support intuitive experiences.
•Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, Scrum and Quality to define requirements and deliver clear digital user experiences.
•Design process, quality and delivery: advocate for accessibility and design excellence and measure outcomes after release.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,000 - 187,000 annually
