•Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related requests that don’t require legal counsel, providing guidance on standard contract terms and processes.
•Triage legal requests and coordinate allocation to appropriate counsel when necessary.
•Manage and maintain legal document management systems and contract repositories; oversee the contract lifecycle from initiation through execution.
•Monitor contract compliance and key dates, sending proactive notifications for renewals, expirations, and critical milestones.
•Develop and implement contract management processes, templates, and workflows; analyze contract data and support contract reporting.

•Proficiency with contract management software (Ironclad) plus Microsoft Office Suite and Google productivity tools; experience with standard contract types (NDAs, master service agreements, procurement contracts).
