Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, drivability, and performance concerns on Ford vehicles, using factory diagnostic equipment and technical resources. Perform efficient maintenance while meeting Ford/dealership quality standards, complete multi-point inspections, and road test as needed. Document diagnostics, repairs, warranty, and labor operations, collaborate with Service Advisors and Parts, and mentor apprentice technicians while staying current through ongoing Ford training.
