Key Responsibilities

  • •Work directly with customers to understand deployment requirements and translate them into engineering deliverables
  • •Travel to customer sites to troubleshoot deployments and support deployments
  • •Bridge between sales and engineering to align customer needs with product delivery
  • •Collaborate with the CEO and founding team to ensure customer success
  • •Guide engineering teams to understand customer requests and features and ensure successful deployments

Key Requirements

  • •Business level proficiency in English and Japanese
  • •Excellent communication skills
  • •Industry experience working directly with customers to own technical deployments (e.g. forward deployed engineering, solutions architects, developer technologists, sales engineering)
  • •Ability to build quick feature requests from customers in Python, TypeScript
  • •Ability to understand issues in cloud deployments (computer networking, DevOps, major cloud platforms)
